Hello, nice to meet you!
My name is Becki Harper and I'm an author and illustrator based in York, UK. I specialise in making narrative art, which ranges from picture books, to live and event illustration.
I love to tell stories, and I'm currently working on ideas that explore being brave, making friends and problem solving. Much of my work is inspired by my own childhood and experience of the world around me. My pictures are made by hand, and involve experimenting with paint, paper and pencils to bring my observations and imagination to life!
